This class has a strength component with accessory work to address weakness at the start and a high intensity circuit at the end and is designed for youths aged 12-17yrs.

It will address many vital aspects of fitness needed to excel at your sport and at life.

This program will encompass Strength, Power, Speed, Co-ordination, Balance, Stamina, Flexibility, Endurance and Accuracy in a facility that breathes results.

This program is also ideal for any beginners looking to learn how to lift safely and effectively with each and every session coached to ensure proper technique and loading. Each session will be tailored to the individual so everyone will get the most out of every day.
