Youth Powerlifting Club

  • This program is aimed at youths ages 12 – 18 years, for both girls and boys. We at KJ have been running youth programs for the last couple of years and have seen a massive benefit in the youths confidence, self belief etc.
  • Power Lifting teaches discipline, hard work and character.
  • The aim of the program is to teach youths how to lift┬ásafely and correctly while mixing with people their own age in a safe and fun environment.
