Summer Program

This program is designed for youths aged 13-18yrs and it will address many vital aspects of fitness needed to excel at your sport and at life.

This program will encompass Strength, Power, Speed, Co-ordination, Balance, Stamina, Flexibility, Endurance and Accuracy in a facility that breathes results.

We incorporate many modalities to deliver a strength and conditioning program like no other. We will be utilising powerlifting, Olympic lifting, bodybuilding, calisthenics, kettlebells, strongman equipment and gymnastic movements to get you into peak physical condition.

This program is also ideal for any beginners looking to learn how to lift safely and effectively with each and every session coached to ensure proper technique and loading.

Each session will be tailored to the individual so everyone will get the most out of every day.

We will also educate you in nutrition so you can help make better choices so you can reach your goals.

We will debunk many myths and old wives tales with regards strength training, fitness, nutrition and supplementation.

Why waste your summer sleeping in until 12?? Why not make a lasting change this summer and return to school in September a badass!!
