  • Get stronger and get fit at the same time. Our Strength and Conditioning classes involve strength movements followed by high intensity conditioning workouts.
  • Powerlifting is training to maximize one’s strength in the squat, bench press and deadlift.
  • Open gym is available to anyone that has full membership. If you’ve missed a class or missed your sessions due to other commitments you can avail of the free time during the day and evening.
