BOOT CAMP

This is a 60 minute group session. An intense, total body workout. This class is suitable for both men and women and designed for beginner to advanced levels of fitness.

Work with light weights, skipping ropes, Olympic rings, medicine balls, kettlebells, dumbells, body weight exercises, barbells and much more. This program will constantly be varied & can be scaled to your own individual abilities

Every Tues and Thurs 8 pm
