Youth Strength and Conditioning 

This class has a strength component with accessory work to address weakness at the start and a high intensity circuit at the end and is designed for youths aged 13-18yrs.

 

It will address many vital aspects of fitness needed to excel at your sport and at life.

This program will encompass Strength, Power, Speed, Co-ordination, Balance, Stamina, Flexibility, Endurance and Accuracy in a facility that breathes results.

This program is also ideal for any beginners looking to learn how to lift safely and effectively with each and every session coached to ensure proper technique and loading. Each session will be tailored to the individual so everyone will get the most out of every day.

The program will be run on a Wednesday at 5 pm

Youth Powerlifting Club 

This program is aimed at youths ages 12 – 18 years, for both girls and boys. We at KJ have been running youth programs for the last couple of years and have seen a massive benefit in the youths confidence, self belief etc. Power Lifting teaches discipline, hard work and character.

The aim of the program is to teach youths how to lift safely and correct while mixing with people their age in a safe and fun environment.
The program will be run on a Wednesday at 5 pm
